**Location**:LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

**Hours**: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 (immediate start)

**Pay**:up to £10.42 per hour + pension, ongoing training and Merlin Magic Pass - 20 free tickets for you, your family and friends to enjoy all of our Merlin Attractions across the world

**About the role of Admissions and Retail Assistant**

You will work within our Commercial department which will include both Admissions and Retail, seeking out opportunities for exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity Our commercial team members will work across both elements of our commercial offering, gaining transferrable skills across our business and delivering a consistent, outstanding and memorable guest journey.

Your “home” department will be within our Admissions team, though you will be multi-skilled into Retail as well. Our Admissions colleagues work across our car parks, ticket office and ticket gates:
**Car Parks**
- Directing cars, moving traffic around according to the operational calendar and open spaces, supporting large school groups with coach parking and getting the school students across the car parks safely, exit barriers at the end of the day

**Ticket Office**
- Selling tickets & annual passes, selling car park tickets, answering guest queries

**Ticket Gate**
- Scanning tickets, greeting guests, offering suggested routes throughout the resort, wishing happy birthday to guests who are celebrating, waving goodbye when they leave at the end of the day

**About You**
- A confident communicator who is happy to interact with guests of all ages
- Experience of cash handling, profit protection and stock-taking procedures is desirable
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- If you haven’t worked in a theme park setting before don’t worry We will provide you with all the training you need to deliver memorable experiences every day

We are looking for Admissions and Retail Assistants to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
