Tamed Support Solutions provides market leading outsourced administration support to mortgage and protection brokers across the UK.

Due to our continued growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to support the volumes of advisers who want to work with us.

**Job description**

The role will involve:

- Providing mortgage and protection advisers with administrative support
- Ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines
- Acting as the point of contact for our clients throughout the mortgage and protection journey providing a friendly and efficient service
- Requesting and uploading all necessary documentation to ensure business is processed smoothly
- Preparation of client suitability reports
- Responding to day to day queries from advisers, clients and providers
- Recording and updating the back office systems accurately

**To be considered for the role you must have**:

- Experience of working in a busy Financial Services environment
- Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and react to changing workloads, deadlines and timescales.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office

**Additional pay types**:

- Bonus scheme

**Role Progression**

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
