**Job title**: Senior Property Caretaker

**Salary**: £20,000 - £21,000 per year + Bonus + Company Van + Additional benefits

**Job type**: Full time + Permanent position

**Hours**: 8:00 am to 4.30 pm on-site Monday to Friday
- Extra hours are sometimes required. You are required to undertake travelling time, of up to 1 hour to and from the sites you are working on as well, within the company van.

**What will your day look like?**
- You will be required to carry out cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
- You will carry out Cleaning, Garden Maintenance, Adhoc and have the capacity to perform minor maintenance, No Trade Qualifications Required.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, and testing fire and security alarms.
- To maintain and update records of activities using mobile apps.

**What makes a successful Senior Property Caretaker?**
- You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type of role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as our company representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will live in or around the Gloucester area to enable the best operational route and collect team members where applicable.
- You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
