Banham Poultry (2018) recruiting for Process Controller to provide support in ensuring technical and legal compliance is maintained across the Attleborough site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the site Technical team and other Process Controller and QA staff as needed
- Support production by ensuring lines are verified and ready for use at start up and throughout the shift.
- Regular monitoring of all process control documentation
- Responsible for ensuring adequate product quality auditing is conducted against specifications (QAS).
- Reporting and demonstrating inadequate production and reducing customer complaint
- Assisting QA staff with the collection of samples
- Responsible for the collection of all packaging traceability used on the production line
- Responsible for completion of daily pre-start up checks on the line
- Verify line clearance after engineering works
- Ensuring the traceability system is maintained throughout production
- Demonstrate correct safety behaviours ensuring safe operating practices are followed

**Shift pattern / rates**
- Monday to Friday 0700 - 1630
- £11.12p/h
- Weekly payments

**Qualifications / Personal attributes required**
- Experience working within a factory environment
- A willingness to learn and an enthusiastic, professional attitude
- Able to work effectively within a team as well as working independently
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Attention to detail and strong investigation/problem solving skills.
- Self-organisation skills and time management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.12 per hour
