**Detailed Job Description**:
Formed in 2000, SAS Tech Services have developed an excellent reputation as a secure, reliable, cost-effective provider of logistics solutions and provider of onsite services ranging from large onsite data wipes, data centre decommissions, hardware and peripheralinstallations. Alongside providing in house technical support and remote services across the UK and Europe to cater to a wide scope of business requirements.
About the role and areas of learning:

- Assisting with IT hardware & peripheral support.
- Configuring hardware (laptops, desktops and mobile phones)
- Contribute to ongoing and new IT Projects
- Data centre installs, moves and decoms
- Data sanitisation - data wiping, degaussing and data shredding
- Office IT hardware refreshes
- Network support
- Server support
- Cloud solutions, office 365 management
- Wi-Fi surveying and health monitoring
- IT Logistics and transportation

**Skills Required**:

- Great face to face manner and communication skills
- Able to work as part of a larger team
- Enthusiastic and energetic - someone who can fit in with the IT Team and throw themselves into the SAS culture. Exceptional integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness is key.
- Keen and willing to learn new things and everything about IT
- Someone who can think outside of the box and provide new ways of doing things.
- Preferably, understand different types of IT hardware and popular software (Not Mandatory)

**Other Information**:

- Working hours 9-5:30 (hour lunch)
- Overtime generally required daily in the AM to travel to sites for 9am start (Site locations all around the UK)
- Monday to Friday
- Onsite
