**The role**:
You will provide a first-class customer experience for Superdrug Head Office, supporting the Office Services Manager to ensure a smooth service is provided to all staff and visitors to the building.

**Here's the exciting bit a day includes**

Cover for Concierge, meeting and greeting all visitors and ensuring they sign into the building correctly
Arranging courier service daily and maintain accurate records
Archiving of old documents
Ensuring all supplies are available (refreshments, stationery, equipment) as and when required, reporting to the Office Manager when an order is required
Assisting with all enquiries to the post room

You get satisfaction though great feedback from other Head Office users

**What you’ll need**:
Great customer service skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, MS Word & Excel essential
Able to work on initiative
Flexibility
