Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion) and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT).

We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems

The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.

**About the Role**:
This is a unique fixed-term opportunity (12-18 months) to work directly with our CEO and help shape Zotefoams’ AI journey. This role is not about optimising existing processes - it's about exploring what AI could enable across the business, from new market opportunities and smarter decision-making to revenue-generating initiatives. You’ll sit at the heart of strategic conversations and work closely with the Group Executive Team to pilot high-impact concepts that could help define our future.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Mapping AI awareness, capability and use across Zotefoams
- Supporting executive team members with AI-focused objectives
- Identifying both quick wins and long-term strategic AI opportunities
- Exploring data monetisation routes - such as licensing test data or subscription models
- Piloting and launching up to four proof-of-concept initiatives, one of which could be a wildcard idea we’ve never considered
- Helping define what AI means for Zotefoams and how it fits into our next 100 years

**What you'll need**:

- At least one revenue-generating proof of concept launched
- A clear roadmap for future AI implementation across the business
- Growing internal understanding, capability and enthusiasm for AI

**What were looking for?**
- Someone early in their career - ideally 6 months to 4 years’ experience
- Background could be in engineering, operations, commercial, finance, or even consulting/start-ups
- Passion for technology, data and innovation - you don’t need to be a data scientist, but a solid understanding of AI and its business value is important
- High energy, curious, self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working without a set blueprint
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to make a tangible impact
