**We are currently recruiting for a part time position working 21 hours per week with a starting salary of £18,520 (prorata).**

Whether you're helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting withthem over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you'll never know what the next challenge will be. - Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing

- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

**What else you need to know**
- The role is based in our Grimsby branch.
- This is a part time role working 21 hours across Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 8am - 6pm
- Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible
