I'm looking for an experienced Groundworker Labourer for a Social Housing Repairs position working in Tonbridge and Malling. This is a permanent position.

In this role, you'll be expected to aid with Groundworker repairs in tenanted social housing properties in the Tonbridge and Malling area, which will include:

- Installation and repair of fence posts and panels
- Slabbing repairs & relaying of slabs
- Basic brickwork repairs
- Repointing of brickwork
- Preparation and cleaning of jobs

I'm looking to speak to a Groundworker Labourer that has:

- A CSCS Card
- Experience in Social Housing or Maintenance contracts

and in return, the successful Groundworker Labourer will receive:

- Up to £25,000 a year
- Uniform and PPE provided
