Active Pathways are currently looking for an Administrator to join our central team based in Chorley, Lancashire. This is a full-time permanent role offering a salary of up to £23,000 depending on experience.

You will be providing a range of secretarial, administrative, financial and HR support to numerous Active Pathways services. You will have a hands-on approach to the services recruitment campaigns as well as working closely with the Registered and Service Managers. You will be working within a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who can bring a diverse range of administrative skills. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience with Recruitment, Rota Management and Payroll.

Active Pathways Ltd has been operating in Lancashire and Yorkshire, for over 15 years as a Mental Health and Rehabilitation provider, offering support to adults aged 18-65. We are dedicated to delivering recovery-focused Mental Health Services within innovative, creative, and inspiring environments.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience working within a busy office environment
- Confidence and knowledge within Excel
- Have the proven ability to organise, priorities and plan your work
- Experience in minute taking and sending detailed agendas to all involved

**MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Maintain the Services Health and Safety Checks and documentation
- Assist when required with any IT issues
- Provide secretarial, administrative, finance and HR support to both services
- Maintain and update the Training Matrix, ensuring all staff attend relevant training courses
