**The company**
My client, a well established local business based in Romford, are looking for a proactive and detail orientated Sales Administrator to join their busy office team. You will be given full training and supported throughout your time within the business. Theopportunity will allow you to work with a friendly supportive team, experiencing various aspects of the organisation. The business prides themselves on their high level of customer service, so having a professional phone manner and great communication skillsis vital.
**Duties**
- Following up on enquiries
- Distributing leads to members of the sales team
- Updating customer details on the company database
- Submitting proposals on the CRM systems
- Ordering products as instructed to by the sales team
- Processing quotations on multiple systems
- Creating and sending customers confirmation documents
- Arranging delivery dates with customers
- Providing administration support to the Sales Managers
- Liaising with various in-house and external teams
- Collating data and running internal reports
- Supporting the wider sales team when needed
- Providing a high level of aftercare to each customer
- Great customer service skills
- Organised
- High level of attention to detail

- Able to multitask
- Good excel skills
- Confident speaking to customers on the phone
- A willingness to learn
