At Change Grow Live, you will be working towards a Lead Adult Care Level 3 Qualification over the course of 15-18 months.
Your job role will include:

- Undertaking physical and mental health screening including blood pressure, pulse, height/weight recording, blood/saliva tests, fingerprint testing, and ECG's
- Provide education, health promotion and screening for BBC (blood borne viruses) and work as part of the integrated care and treatment pathways for these individuals
- Support community alcohol and opiate detoxification
- Maintain required standards of infection control and hygiene as per Change Grow Live policies and procedures
- Develop therapeutic alliances with service users and develop effective partnerships to support individual recovery journeys
- Participate with team working, delivering a quality service, and managing information (data entry alongside CGL requirements)
- Requirements and Prospectus**Desired Skills**
- Clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services - IT literacy including word processing and data entry - Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults' procedures - Knowledge of the issues facing substance misusers including appropriate medical interventions, social care, and health issues.

- Good interpersonal skills
- Confidence to work on own initiative, as well as part of the team
- Good organisational skills
- Experience of contributing to project development
- Knowledge of local services and geography
