We currently operate in more than 63 local authorities and have over 6000 employees.

Our Mental Health Supported Accommodation in Salford provides support which is tailored to each individual’s support plan.

We are currently seeking to employ an **enthusiastic Team Leader** who has knowledge and experience in the field of mental health. We require a **dynamic, motivated, pro-active and well organised** individual who has the ability and skills to successfully lead the co-ordination and management of our supported accommodation services and community service for adults withmental health needs.

You will be required to have the vision and flair to lead the staff team in providing the highest standards of customer care and **person-centred** service delivery which meets the standards of set out by our commissioners. We work in partnership with commissioners and the multi-disciplinary team to provide a coordinated service which achieves **positive outcomes** for the people we support.

You must have experience in supervising and mentoring a team and must have excellent communication skills. Relevant experience and qualifications are required such as NVQ Level 4/5, DipSW or a management qualification.
