**Job Description**:
**THE ROLE**

As a **Digital Trading Assistant**, you will be responsible for supporting with the day-to-day management, site trading and optimisation for the ASOS website(s) across devices. This will include site merchandising, navigation updates and search configuration.

Reporting into the Digital Trading Specialist, you will support trade and help to optimise the customer journeys with a focus on balancing commercial & brand priorities, ensuring to maximise the onsite Customer experience and drive conversion for your focused market and categories.

We do this by working with teams across ASOS, to help them understand performance at regional level, and ensure that our local sites are optimised to deliver the best possible customer experience. In order to minimise risk and realize opportunity, we ensure we’re constantly responding to changes in customer behaviour and the commercial landscape at Hub level, through effective insight and analysis.

**What you'll be doing...**

Day to day:

- Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise business performance and enhance the customer journey.
- PIM product enrichment / attribution to help create a seamless experience for the customer.
- Supporting the team to produce trade reports (including category and search) by utilising a range of customer engagement reporting tools e.g., curated PLP reports.
- Interpreting the reporting data to optimise the customer journey.
- Supporting the Digital Trading Specialist with managing and optimising the category and navigation structure across channels/devices
- Supporting with managing onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across markets, and enhancing the search experience
- Supporting with homepage, New In and promo processes, which includes wider stakeholder management.

Project work:

- Category specialists, supporting to elevate the product assortment priorities across the customer journey, ensuring to create a seamless experience all the global markets.
- Subject matter expert and specialist within your pillar and become the expert, while educating the wider ecommerce business on your focused area.
- Working closely with relevant teams to support and execute trade events and other initiatives.
- Supporting with campaign launches, rollout of new features and digital products

**Qualifications**:
**We'd love to meet someone with...**
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Experience of using online merchandising systems, is preferable but not required.
- Competent using systems and comfortable working in a technology-based environment.
- Commercially aware, customer obsessed with the ability to use initiative and intuition.
- Excellent communicator with good motivational & leadership skills
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues.
- A Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Flexible, agile, and open to change
- Positive attitude, self-aware and self-motivated
- Analytical skills
- Presenting skills
- Reporting Systems knowledge is preferable within Contentsquare, Adobe, PowerBi or similar reporting tools.
