The Academy Learning Partner will support the Regional team to drive a positive colleague experience through brilliant execution of the people plan. You'll be leading Academy team to deliver a brilliant learning experience for all colleagues across the region and support the Regional People Partner to drive the talent pipeline across the region.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**Develop remarkable people**
- Champion learning products, policy, and people practice. Use expertise to drive learning initiatives across the two regions, both technical and behavioural, to support the delivery of the retail learning plan.
- Partner Academy teams to develop tailored learning programmes for all retail managers attending the Academy, and where applicable, provide a robust plan for any support centre colleagues
- Lead retail induction experiences for all levels, including early careers, apprenticeships, and employability schemes.
- Support Academy recruitment teams to deliver regional recruitment at both colleague and management levels, including assessment centres for managers and early careers programmes.
- Leading regional MyWelcome hubs to ensure onboarding consistency and a brilliant business welcome.
- Support all levels of regional talent on learning programmes through regular check ins and ongoing development support.
- Support the driving of diverse talent pipelines at all levels, working with the Regional People Partner to identify learning and development opportunities
**Analyse People data and insights**
- Monitor and take follow-up action on the feedback gained from learners and line managers in order to continuously improve the Academy offer
- Use multiple sources of data such as MyHR and Power BI to identify regional performance opportunities that could be supported by a learning intervention
**100% accurate execution**
- Drive the completion of regional required E Learning to ensure stores are legally compliant
- Ensure the Academy principles are robustly adhered to, to deliver an outstanding learning experience
- Coach and challenge Academy Management teams to create engaged and efficient teams and people processes e.g., Disciplinary & Grievance, colleague engagement, performance management and absence.
- Support the Regional People Partner & Regional Managers with regional People Activity as required.
**Drive performance**
- Partner store management teams to deliver the learning and development element of People transformation projects including Store openings, Closures, and renewals.
- Coordinate the delivery of all transformation activities and technical and behavioural training for the region
