This role is within the Retail, Operations and Wholesale department which focusses on supporting the Head of Retail Operations in servicing our external retail partners, maintaining and building positive relationships and increasing orders for the business.

A significant part of the role would be as the key point of contact for all delivery enquiries. You will be responsible for the processing and monitoring of weekly and monthly purchase orders, working with our 3PL and multiple shipping and handling suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the operations process, in line with expectations and requirements of each retail partner both domestically and internationally.

As well as liaising with 3PL suppliers, you will also liaise with retail buyers on new product launches, relaying key information such as pricing, launch dates and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely and successful launches with multiple retail partners. The creation and maintenance of new line forms and completion of new supplier paperwork will also be a key part of the role in expanding our distribution network, working with different retailers to onboard our business onto their systems.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee the processing of weekly and monthly orders for multiple wholesale accounts.
- Daily liaising with external 3PL, warehouse, shipping and handling suppliers to provide updates and feedback on deliveries to internal teammates and external partners.
- Maintain and develop positive working relationships with buyers to make sure the brand is well represented.
- Request and analyse sell throughs, promptly offer reorders.
- Monitor online stores of retail partners to make sure the collection is well represented (photography, styling, recommended prices).
- Creating corresponding paperwork to accompany deliveries.
- Updating of PO log book and liaise with accounts to ensure invoicing records are up to date.
- Use inventory management system software to raise retailer PO’s.
- Onboard business onto multiple supplier portals and softwares, completing all relevant paperwork.
- Problem solving to work through any logístical or operational difficulties.
- Diligence in completing all tasks to the highest standard.
- Excellent ability to work with a small but highly skilled team.
