Enovert, is a market leader in the Waste Management industry. Bellhouse Landfill Site is one of our largest and busiest operational sites and we are looking to recruit Plant/Site Operatives to enhance the services that we deliver to our customers.

On a day-to-day basis the successful person will:

- Ensure the safe and efficient operation and daily maintenance of plant equipment.
- Work as part of a team to receive and handle waste.
- Safely maintain haul roads, turning areas, and tipping areas.
- Assist the maintenance of the site’s leachate infrastructure as directed by management.
- Complete general site housekeeping tasks.
- Work in ways that demonstrates compliance with Enovert’s Quality, Environmental Management and Health and Safety policies.

To be a successful Plant/Site Operative you will:

- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Possess at least 2 years’ experience of working in a waste, quarry, agriculture, or construction site.
- Possess the proven ability to communicate and work alongside customers.
- Possess basic computer skills and be able to demonstrate use of these skills on a day-to-day basis.

It is also advantageous to possess:

- The proven ability and training certification to use plant and machinery that is relevant to the job role.
- An awareness of the hazards associated with waste management.
- An awareness of relevant health and safety procedures.
