**Overview**:
**Main responsibilities**:
- Providing professional IT support to all Royal London colleagues via our Incident and Service Request processes.
- Supporting both hardware and software across the group.
- Proactively managing your own workload/work queue.
- Liaising with colleagues in the IT Service Desk & 3rd line Specialist teams to find solutions to problems, and to knowledge share.
- Identifying opportunities for improvements in services and process enhancements so that we can always strive to do our jobs in the most efficient way.
- Supporting the delivery & implementation of projects.

**Salary**:£23,800 per annum.
