We are looking for enthusiastic and talented FOH team leader or supervisor to join our team at YORI King’s Cross, a part of a fast growing restaurant group with over 10 branches across UK. We are famous for providing traditional Korean dishes and tabletop bbq experience.
Our teams are well known for being friendly, enthusiastic & dynamic, and we pride ourselves on delivering a balance of knowledgeable service with warm personable hospitality.
What expect from our team leader:
- Has experience working in restaurants as front of house members
- Be knowledgeable about food safety & hygiene standards for caterers
- Leads team members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant when managers are not present. Tasks include opening and closing the restaurant, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing staff breaks and writing daily report
- Must be available to work on weekdays and weekends
- Must be fluent in English language
- Passionate about food and customer service
- Dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience
- Be a great team player and leader, ready to support their team members
- Be hands-on-approach and have problem-solving abilities
- Ensure that the restaurant is up to company standards in terms of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Completes all other duties assigned by managers
**Salary**:
Team Leader : starting at £10.84 per hour
Team Leader Full Time : starting at £26,000 per year, 45 hour per week
Supervisor Part Time : starting at £11.67 per hour
Supervisor Full Time : starting at £28,000 per year, 45 hour per week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £11.00-£11.90 per hour
