**Customer Insurance Agent**

**Middlesex, Uxbridge - Hybrid Working Available**

**Monday - Friday shifted between 8am-6:30pm**

**Salary: £21,000 - £23,000, plus on average £4,200 PA in commission**

My client is a leading and expanding motor insurance group who are renowned for their staff reward and recognition and are in The Times Top 100 Companies to work for.

This exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic, fast moving company within the credit hire industry who pride themselves not only on brilliant service to their customers but also maintaining an enviable place to work. The company have been established forover 27 years and are currently going through a period of significant growth and as a result of this are looking to recruit for a First Response Claims handler to join the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage new customer referrals procured by various partner companies
- Use a variety of resources to investigate key factors such as causation, accident-related damage and fraudulent behaviour
- Sell the company and our many benefits to maximise hire opportunities
- Facilitate the arrangement of a replacement vehicle while theirs is off the road
- Making commercial decisions for the benefit of the business
- Empathetic management of multiple client accounts
- Identify key requirements for replacement vehicles

- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Have an interest in further developing your skills and experience
- Maintain good levels of communication
- A high level of customer service
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

This role would suit someone who is bubbly, friendly and who has a great passion for customer service. The role calls for someone who is eager to learn and a strong team player.

**Hours**:
0800-1630, 0930-1800, Mon - Friday

Approx one Saturday per month 0900 - 1500 paid on top of salary
