IT Helpdesk Engineer

**The Role**:
IT Helpdesk Engineer - £25,000 + 26 Days Holiday + Hybrid/Flexible Working + Training + Benefits
As an IT Helpdesk Engineer you will fulfil a critical role as the first point of contact with staff for support of internal technology and systems, maintenance of the IT infrastructure, and assist in tasks related to security compliance needs.You will alsohave the opportunity to be a key resource on a number of exciting projects and be trained on some cutting-edge technologies.
- Day-to-day management of internal systems and support
- Overall accountability for support ticket logging and resolution
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Expand your knowledge of systems and security via internal and certified external training
- Build a successful and productive working relationship with internal staff
- Work closely and collaboratively with other internal IT staff

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years IT Support Experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and security solutions
- Proven experience in Microsoft Azure/O365
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely reports
- Knowledge of information security compliance standards i.e. Cyber Essentials and ISO27001

37.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm
