- CRM Strategy and Planning - Support the Marketing Lead in the development of our CRM strategy and customer journeys, incorporating a test-and-learn approach. Leading on end-to-end campaign management; including stakeholder collaboration, project planning, copy briefing, approvals, building, testing, and reporting.
- Campaign Execution - Contribute to the planning and execution of improvements to existing campaigns and the introduction of new campaigns to meet key business objectives with a customer first approach.
- Platform Expert - Leverage the full capabilities of our CDP, CRM & CMS platforms to design, build, and optimise campaigns, customer journeys, and reports.
- Data-Driven Communication - utilise data to create highly personalised journeys and communications to send relevant messages at the right time, diversifying the channel mix for maximum impact.
- Reporting and Insight - Analyse campaign performance and provide weekly reports on insights, actions, and outcomes, driving continuous improvements.
Essential skills/experience
- We are looking for someone who has experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management or similar.
- As a Result, you will also have experience working with Braze or similar CRM platforms.
- We would like to see evidence of strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities / deadlines.
- A large part of the role involves communicating across different stakeholders, so excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.
The interview process- Recruiter screening call- 1st stage introductory interview with hiring leader- 2nd interview with hiring leader and peer.
