As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience while assisting with various tasks related to food preparation, hospitality, and customer engagement.

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding guest services by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Engage in food preparation activities while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in the culinary operations, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest quality.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential.
- Basic maths skills are required for handling transactions and managing orders.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are vital for providing excellent guest services.
