**ROLE TITLE**:Collection and Recovery Driver

**REPORTING TO**:General Manager

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
To carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles, dealing with customers in a professional manner, ensuring high standards of customer service.

**MAIN TASKS**
- Carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles as scheduled, completing all relevant paperwork with the customer, ensuring that the customer is treated in a professional and efficient manner.
- To drive vehicles in a safe, lawful manner taking into account the weather and traffic conditions, reporting all faults with vehicles driven.
- Ensure all documentation is correct when transferring vehicles.
- Report any accidents, incidents to your Team Leader without delay.
- Comply fully with health and safety legislation, e.g. driving whilst under the influence of sleep-inducing medication, driving vehicles for which you are not insured or trained.
- Maintain a high level of customer care/satisfaction.
- To be aware of and adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position or environment.
- To be responsible for the collection of payments and receipts and to ensure the correct banking procedures are followed on return to the office.

**TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE**

The level and scope of technical knowledge will be discussed and agreed with your manager or team leader.

**OTHER DUTIES**

Due to the size and complexity of the establishments you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability, as directed by a senior manager to whom you have a reporting relationship.

**All applicants MUST have a full, clean, UK Licence.**

Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
