Halfords Autocentres have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Support Executive to join our team

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers while creating a positive working environment.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide excellent customer service and manage fleet and warranty enquiries.
- Book, confirm, and oversee fleet and warranty jobs following established processes.
- Investigate issues, collaborate with relevant departments, and find solutions.
- Handle complaints and escalations confidently and professionally.
- Record digital service records and support Business Development Managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide general departmental and administration support.

- Experience in problem-solving and complaint handling.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
- Strong team player with stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Adaptability to change and willingness to support colleagues.
- Experience of working with Excel.
