**Scope of Work**:
Will report to the Kent Quality Lead, and will be responsible for following activities (including but not limited to):

- Generation of full System/Sub-System Listing and Turnover and Completion Package (TCP) structures.
- Reviews sub-system boundary drawings for continuation of sub-system limits
- Reviews test pack boundaries to ensure alignment with subsystem boundaries
- Development of Systems Completions Responsibility Matrix
- Manage Set up and population of the Systems Completion Database (SCDB)
- Prepare SCDB Plan, SCDB Load Sheets/Check sheet Population Matrix, develop Database Hierarchy, extract engineering data from authoring tools, collect relevant vendor data, etc.
- Support/execute data verification of Systems Completion Database to ensure all required components and necessary check sheets are included. Enforce Management of Change to maintain the database in line with approved design changes
- Generate all project completion certification i.e., Discipline Mechanical Completion Certificate (DMCC), Sub-System Mechanical Completion Certificate (SSMCC), System Mechanical Completion Certificate (SMCC), Ready for Start-Up Certificate (RFSU), System Turnover Notice (STN), System Handover Certificate (SHC) (Full or Partial as Required), Facility Acceptance Certification etc
- Complete Management and Generation of Completion Dossiers by system. (Skeletons of these packages will be developed and handed to the System Owners for population)
- Manage all Commissioning and Start-Up spares, first-fills, special tools, and equipment to ensure all mentioned are present at site in a timely manner for execution
- Manage systems completion reporting during planning and execution as required in project team reports
- Develop Systems Completion Vendor Support Plan
- Support to operations during start-up and facility testing
- Collect benchmarking data for projects and provide data for future learnings

**Key Requirements**:

- Preferably a graduate engineer
- Minimum HND
- Good knowledge of Excel /Word
- Recent Turnover and Completions experience in the oil & gas sector in a similar role.
- Experience of working with “Smart Completions” or “Go Completions” software is preferred.
- Prior experience of working with Ineos preferred
- IOSH training or equivalent is desirable
