Designated Clinical Officer for SEND - Band 8b**
**Fixed-Term/Secondment - 1 Year**
**Work Base: Perceval House, 14/16 Uxbride Road, London W5 2HL & Hounslow House, 5th Floor, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middx, TW3 3EB**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Designated Clinical Officer for SEND (DCO) across Ealing and Hounslow within North West London CCG. The role is well-established and is highly valued by partners across the two boroughs. As DCO, you will provide oversight and assurance across all health services 0- 25 years, delivering healthcare to Children and Young People and SEND. You will work closely at a strategic and operational level with clinical, education and social care colleagues in addition to the Parent Carer Forums to ensure that children and young people with SEN and disabilities have their health needs met and achieve positive outcomes.
