**Senior Care Assistant - Days**:
**Richmond Painswick, Stroud Road, Gloucestershire, Painswick, GL6 6UL**:
**£13.50 per hour**:
**Permanent part time 42hrs per week**:
**Shift Pattern: 3 x 8 am -8 pm, and 1x 2pm - 8pm per week**:

**You're pivotal in running a unit, responsible for all clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping. **You'll have completed / working towards an NVQ3 in care. We're more than happy to support you in the completion of your qualification if needed.**:

**You'll help us make health happen by**:

- ** Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit**:

- ** Responsible for all clinical duties issuing medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping**:

- ** Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers of the teams**:

- ** Helping with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported**:

- ** Building relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses**:

- ** Assisting residents with a range of personal care duties**:
**Because we care for vulnerable people, we'll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).**:
