As the role encompasses a range of skills across our the various areas you will work, your daily tasks will change depending on what your what is required. We are looking for high passionate, motivated and energetic people who love fast paced and busy environments.

You’ll also be expected to know our company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff.

Duties include:

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the customers time with us. From greeting them to leaving the branch.
- Greet customers and present menu. Educates customers on the variety of products available on the menu
- Make menu recommendations or share additional information upon request
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
- Check products for quality and correct any problems
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Managing reservations where appropriate
- Build relationships with customers through determining needs
- Enhance branch reputation by sharing and creating ideas based on customer trends
- Contribute to a positive team

environment by working closely with all serving and kitchen staff

Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £7.00-£9.50 per hour
