Coffee Shop Assistant

Working within a great team your duties will consist of:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders and manage payments accurately
- Maintain high levels of food hygiene and shop cleanliness as per current legislation
- Work effectively with other team members to deliver an efficient service to customers
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Have fun at work

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Basic math skills for calculating totals and making change
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus

Please note that this position involves working in a food service & hospitality environment. shifts will include weekends and some evenings

We do not provide accommodation and applicants should either be within commuting distance or be already located within Pitlochry with their own accommodation.

Role: Permanent Full time and Part time position available

**Salary**: £10 to £13 per hours (£24,000 to £27,000 per annum)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
