As a **Care Support Worker,** you’ll support people to live well, be independent and connected to their own community. You’ll be kind and compassionate and a strong advocate for the people you support.

You’ll be empathetic and non-judgemental and a professional operator with strong relationship-building skills. You’ll enjoy promoting positive joint working between relatives, other departments and partners.

**We are seeking Bank/Relief Care Support Workers who are qualified or accredited in British Sign Language (BSL).**
