Associate Director

Our client, a leading accountancy firm which has offices in Southampton and Winchester, is looking for a new Associate Director to help drive the growth and development of its general practice.
This role sits just beneath the board of directors and as such, you’ll be responsible for several operations and tasks across the business, always ensuring the company is meeting its objectives.
You’ll assist with the management of the tax department to ensure budgets are met, assist with all staff issues - including recruitment, development and review, keep staff and clients updated of any tax changes, ensure staff KPIs are met and maintain high standards of work throughout the business.
As well as managing the tax team and its operations, you’ll also build and maintain your own portfolio of clients.
In order to take on this fulfilling and challenging role, you’ll have all relevant tax qualifications and significant experience, with knowledge of specialist audit regulations and experience in managing a portfolio and staff. You’ll also be able to demonstrate your commitment to your own professional development, as well as the development of previous employers.
This full time role, based in our client’s Southampton office, comes with a salary of £70,000+, and a generous benefits package.
