Location: Hatfield / Welwyn Garden City / Hertford areas.

**Responsibilities**:
Assisting in food handling, the assembly and packaging corporate catering and training to work in our coffee shop.

Safely operate a small van and deliver corporate catering orders to our corporate customers, with a high standard of presentation both in ones self and in the delivery. On occasions, drop off supplies to our existing shops in the same areas.

Load and unload catering items, with a high standard of care and compliance with food safety requirements in their secure transportation.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with clients.

Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Assist with basic administrative tasks related to deliveries, such as recording delivery details and obtaining signatures as required.

Report any vehicle maintenance or operational issues promptly.

Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:
Food handling experience in the food and beverage industry.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations.

Be prepared to undertake a Food Hygiene course, paid for by the Company to assist with food handling.

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet delivery deadlines.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to handle physical tasks, including loading and unloading catering items.

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Flexibility to work early mornings, Monday to Fridays, but other shifts may be available too.
