We need an enthusiastic, energetic, positive, self-starter with good organisational skills who comes to work to have fun and loves to get stuck in with the team.

The Deputy Coordinator is a team leading role, with responsibility for day to day oversight of a small, experienced group of support workers who work on a 1:1 basis with the people we support. You will be fully supported in turn by Reflect's Co-ordinators who are based near Taunton and Shepton Mallet and also by our Directors.

Duties will include:

- Ensuring smooth running of the day to ensure everyone gets a quality and individualised service
- Ensuring staff are supported to offer the best
- Ensuring all visitors are warmly welcomed
- Being a role model for best quality services
- Being approachable
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with families and professionals
- Maintaining confidentiality

In terms of experience, you will probably have experience of working with people with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities; you might have knowledge of or an interest in things like Intensive Interaction, Sensory Storytelling, Music Therapy, Mindfulness and other approaches and techniques that can be applied in this environment. Most of all you will have confidence and a passion for creating the best possible experience every day.
