Food & Beverage Team Leader - Part Time / Perm

Summary **Duration**:This is a permanent, part time role.

***The Hours: 1183 annualised **hours per year. You'll work some weekends and public/school holidays. You may work up to 45 hours in the summer, with fewer hours in the winter months due to reduced winter opening hours. There won’t be any evening workor split shifts; so more time with your family or loved ones.

***The Salary**:£11,563 per annum (Grade 10 Team Leader which will increase slightly in April)

Ourfocus is on the future and when you join us you’ll play a vital role in improving our food and drink offer whilst looking for new opportunities to grow our business for the rest of the year and beyond. We are building a team of supervisors who can be flexibleand be able to work at any of our 3 sites (Penrose stables, Gunnwalloe and Godolphin). You will support each other and cover each other’s days off and holidays. Whilst maintaining consistent standards across the three outlets. You’ll play a vital role in ensuringthat every penny we make contributes to maintaining our beautiful coastline, heritage, countryside and gardens for everyone forever. **This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

What you'll be doing Ensuring the team are competently trained and compliant with relevant legislation, you’ll also make sure every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

You’ll be working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team, the role of**team leader **plays a core part in providing a fantastic food and service offer to our visitors. You’ll enjoy giving amazing service and maintain our very high standards. You’ll be giving your best to ensure every visitor to our café has an unforgettable experience.
