**Hours: Full or part time available**

**Shift: Day shift & flexible 24hr shift when in respite.**
**COVID Vaccination Essential**

At Yorhealth we provide care for children and young adults with complex care needs.

This role includes supporting a young adult (age 21) with a complex needs in Bingham. We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who has a passion for young adult’s wellbeing and has a caring and patient nature. An understanding of the developmental and educationl needs of young people is required and a willingness to learn to meet the care needs of the individual.

This young man enjoys going out to music festivals, cinema, bowling and going out with his friends.

The role will be carrying out personal care to a delightful young man with complex needs, within the family home. This will include all personal care such as bathing, dressing.

Current basic clinical competence is advantageous but not essential, as full practical training will be provided.

**Experience required**:

- An NVQ level 3 in the relevant area is desirable.
- Learning Disabilities
- Chest Physiotherapy
- Ventilation & Suction
- Button/PEG Feeding
- Nebulisers
- Hoisting & Repositioning
- All personal cares
