Strategic Resourcing Advisor Corporate

A 6 months+ opportunity for a **Strategic Resourcing Advisor** has arisen with the local authorities in Kensington, London.
You will be required to attend the office 1-2 days per week in Kensington or Notting Hill.
You will drive the strategic delivery of the Council's recruitment and resourcing strategy and activities, including liaison, control, compliance and championing as appropriate e.g. on the Council's recruitment MSP, the recruitment process, Agency Recruitment;working with recruitment related contracts, FOI requests, visas and immigration.
The role will also be required to take forward aspects of the Council's Recruitment and Resourcing Strategy which will involve procurement, branding, enhancing the use of social media and championing local recruitment.
Provide advice and information to management and staff on a range of strategic resourcing issues, such as the use and development of Success Factors ATS (Applicant Tracking System), strategic recruitment and related conditions of service.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience of high-volume recruitment systems and processes
- Full or part qualified CIPD or degree qualified
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of strategic and operational resourcing.
- Have previous experience in contract facilitation or management, particularly an understanding of the use of frameworks in relation to HR activities including recruitment.
- Previous experience of using SAP and success factors in particular.
Hours of work are 9am till 5pm, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
