Our client near Taunton require Residential Support workers to join their team on a full time permanent basis to support children.
As a Residential Support Worker you will be supporting young people with daily tasks, education and be a mentor and ultimately be a life changer. You will be supporting with healthy routines, help with household tasks, take to appointments and days out. Wecannot stress enough how rewarding this role can be.
The role will be 39 hours per week on average and you will also be required to do some sleep in's in the future which will be in addition to your annual salary paid at £50 per night. Full training will be given including a recognised qualification, lots ofcompany benefits and generous holiday allowance.
This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to a young persons life who hasnt had the best start in life and become that mentor and someone that they can look up to.
