We are looking for motivated Kitchen Porters to join our team at The Windmill, Hollingbourne, Kent for an immediate start.

We are a growing brand which is already operating in the South East - London, Kent and East Sussex and The Cotswolds. If you have a passion for premium, a passion for a brand-new challenge and are ready to grow with us, we want to hear from you

**Qualities Required**:

- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn new skills.
- The ability to work under pressure with a small team.
- A desire to build on the current trade levels whilst maintaining company standards.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation and work areas.
- Complying with all set out food hygiene regulations.

As a member of our team as kitchen porter you’ll be a key ingredient in the success of our busy kitchen.

Life in the kitchen is hectic, but exciting. We will offer you training and support to gain your hygiene qualifications and build your knowledge of food, to be able to grow your career.

This role is offered on full-time contract and is available for an immediate start.

Balfour Hospitality is a unique independently owned pub company, with our Award-winning winery, Hush Heath Estate in Kent at our core. We currently have 10 fantastic food and drink led sites across London and the South East, all serving freshly prepared food every day, local and seasonal where possible with an emphasis on great ingredients and great cooking. We focus our attention on making sure we offer our local communities the very best environment to spend their time in, from food and drink, great beers and wines, exceptional coffee to the very best service we can offer, always with a friendly smile.
