**About this role**
As a Solutions Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of their Fuse platform. We are looking for somebody who thinks like a learner, has great commercial acumen and can engage with clients of all sizes to understand what drives them, how their business works and how we can engage their learners with best-in-class learning solutions.
Work is primarily structured into projects that encompass a wide range of clients and industries. You will need to have impeccable time management, stakeholder management and analytical skills.

- An expert multi-tasker and manage multiple accounts and projects at different levels of complexity and lifecycle, and you have an in-depth knowledge of the platform and its value proposition
- A keen collaborator across multiple teams and effectively communicate both strategically and technically to the users via the context of the learner
- Relentlessly curious about technology and learning
- You’ll have experience of experience design including learner journeys and technology platform configuration.
- You’ll leverage your core background and experience delivering client-focused solutions to drive operational quality and excellence.
- You’ll have exceptional analytical skills with an ability to think creatively, identify solutions and generate ideas on the spot.
- You’ll be a strong communicator able to translate business requirements into a comprehensive technical solution. Experience doing this in a professional services environment is preferred.
- You’ll hold your own when speaking about technical concepts with the development team and be able to bridge the gap between the technical and business worlds.
- You’ll empathise with our clients and the end users to develop a product they want to use and act as an advocate for the customer with internal teams.
- You’ll believe in continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
- You’ll be keen to push the boundaries of Fuse to provide cutting edge learning experiences.
- You’ll have experience of creating training resources and delivering face-to-face and virtual workshops as well as taking a keen interest in improving our current offering.
- You’ll build credibility and trust with business partners to unveil complexities and nuances of the business and its processes.
- Flexible for travel when required

**About the team**

The Solution Consulting team forms a crucial part of our Services function here at Fuse. The SC team works directly with clients to identify key business problems and to scope out the product according to what they need. Your role is to be the trusted advisor in conversations with clients, enabling client success from deals new business in presales to revisualising in life clients.
**Your Responsibilities**
As a Solutions Consultant, your core responsibilities will include:

- Architecting and designing comprehensive solutions that meet functional requirements in support of client needs.
- Lead scoping and design workshops to ensure we understand customers’ business models, their learners’ needs and how we can align with their business objectives
- Deliver deep dive demonstration of key areas of Fuse.
- Collaborating with the client to interpret needs into designs to prototype the new site
- Guide and educate our customers in the best way to utilise Fuse for their needs
- Spin up and configure new client instances
- Create and iterate implementation documentation
- Scope new feature requests for discussion with the Product Team where necessary
- Challenge customers with new ways of thinking and change management
- Work with the Fuse Customer Success Consultant to ensure a smooth handover
- Take full responsibility for the Fuse Demo Sites and Demonstration assets.
- Enhance existing demonstration capabilities
- Prototype new demonstration capabilities aligned to the release of new software features
- Requirements gathering and capture
- Creation of the transaction data which will form the basis of the demonstration Stories/UVPs
- Creation of Sandboxes and Scripts to align with these Stories/UVPs
