Sales Ledger

**Sales Ledger / Credit Controller**

**Responsibilities will include**:
Completing cashbook daily and allocating any monies received
Weekly invoicing and costing of jobs
Run weekly debt report
Chasing monies owed and issuing monthly statements
Managing company vehicles
Produce monthly commission figures for Area Sales Managers
Check mileage forms and expenses
Match receipts to Barclaycard statements & Right Fuel Invoices
Complete Weekly timesheets with staff hours
Raise Proformas/pre-invoices as required
Any ad hoc duties that may be required

**Location -** This role can be based out of either our Fleet office in Hampshire or our head office in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
**Hours -** A minimum of 30 hours Monday to Friday.
**Package -** Generous holiday allowance (with 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays) and a competitive salary.
