Our team of recruiters are searching for a Healthcare Assistants to provide person focused care to our clients living in Worthing
These roles are working with Adults with Complex care needs
- Tracheotomy and tracheal suctioning
- Hyper mobility
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Brian Injury
- Peg, stoma and catheter care
- Diabetes care
Free clinical training will be provided by our experienced nursing team
We have full and part time positions available as well as flexible working patterns to suit most people. Ideally we are looking for individuals to commit to 20-40 hours per week however if you have more specific needs please still get in touch and we will alwaystry to facilitate.
Our shift patterns are Monday -Sunday 7.45 am - 8 pm & 7.45 pm -8 am
Waking and sleeping nightshifts available

To be considered for this role you will need:

- 6 months experience working in a similar healthcare position
- Flexibility and Reliability
- Passion for the care of vulnerable people with various health issues
- Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative
- Be able to work under pressure and in stressful and challenging situations
