**Recruitment Consultant**

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team in London recruiting across the Finance sector. If you are seeking a new challenge this could be the role for you.

**What will I be doing?**
- Using LinkedIn as a platform and tool to build an online presence
- Becoming a reputable and reliable consultant
- Completing a 360-recruitment role showing end to end engagement and satisfaction.
- Hit and exceed targets and time frames set by your manager.
- Offer a high standard of delivery and engagement to all clients.
- Using market data to educate clients and offer an excellent service.
- Continually strive for development and growth and taking responsibility and accountability for your own progression.
- Work well with the team to achieve target and to develop performance, supporting other members where required.

**What are we looking for?**

We are seeking an extremely enthusiastic and driven individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and build strong working relationships. To thrive in this role, you need to be target driven, resilient, and adaptable. You will be working on multipleroles with multiple clients at once, and so you need to highly organised and able to prioritise. Some recruitment experience is essential (around 6-12 months minimum) and a background in Finance recruitment would be preferred but not essential.

- We offer an excellent starting base salary plus commission. Year 1 OTE £40-50k.
