Our Customer Advisors are a key part of our business, speaking to our customers and providing advice on new products, renewals, ensuring we understand their needs. You’ll provide products and services that exceed their expectations and retain their loyalty and strive to provide a market leading customer experience.

We know how important your development is, so we provide a large amount of training when you join and promote internal progression across the team and company.

**What you’ll do**:

- Build positive relationships with customers, Insurers and other external stakeholders providing advice and solutions as required
- Take personal responsibility for own development and ensuring knowledge and expertise is kept up to date
- Working within finance means you will be trained to protect against financial crime and actively minimise debt exposure

**What we’re looking for**:
Someone who is focused on giving the best possible experience to our customers, if you have a background in retail or hospitality that would be an advantage but isn’t essential. You will need to enjoy working in a team, helping and supporting others and be driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives. Having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and a positive attitude is also a must.
