We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Team of staff providing high quality care to 18 Elderly Residents in a family run Care Home. For this post Care Experience is not absolutely necessary as training can be provided and full support can be given to achieve this.

This is a part time position which includes 6 hour shifts working 8am - 2pm or 2pm -8pm with alternate weekends sometimes covering holidays and sickness, also night shifts could be available.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent care to all our residents and treating every individual with dignity and respect.

Enhanced rates of pay if you hold an NVQ and for working weekends.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Care Experience preferred but not essential
- Flexibility
- someone who has experience in the care environment is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team and also work alone.
- Be passionate about providing the best level of care to our residents and to have a positive impact on their lives.
