We are currently recruiting a confident Customer Service Advisor for one of the fastest growing UK Retail companies who provide a wide range of products and services right here in the centre of Harrogate. You will work in purpose built, modern offices in a fast paced, friendly Customer Service team. This is a fun and interactive team who like to work hard and play hard.

The purpose of this Customer Service Advisor role is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and complaints. You will provide a comprehensive service to the valued customers, highlighting key features of the products and services and detailing delivery schedules.

**Responsibilities**:
Dealing with all incoming customer enquiries
Maintaining up to date product and service knowledge
Converting customer complaints into positive experiences and good reviews
Dealing with delivery schedules and keeping customers up to date
Create and update customer records
Adhere to GDPR requirements
Work within standard operating procedures
Build excellent customer relations
Provide accurate and up to date information on products and services
Liaising with the sales team

This Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone who has worked in Customer Service, a Call Centre or Reception role. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, and is confident yet personable with a good sense of humour and is a real team player. If you have worked in retail or hospitality and fancy a change, this could be the role for you.

**Excellent package includes**:
Basic salary of £20,394.40

37 hour working week
