Port Admin

We are looking for a Weighbridge Operator on the Port of Hull.

This role is 8 hour shifts 08.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday.

**Duties will include**:

- Booking in vehicles for collections and deliveries in compliance with fixings systems.
- Checking vehicles for cleanliness.
- Providing full admin support including front desk duties
- Monitoring and controlling site activities and reporting directly to the duty manager / AOM.
- Keeping records of vessels tallies and cross referencing against stock.
- Maintaining Up To Date daily and weekly KPI,s.
- Co-ordinating and delivering procedural paperwork to hauliers in accordance with TASCC/FIAS/LAPPC/ and ADR guidelines
- Verification of all drivers paperwork including fixing and security numbers ADR certification and grain passports.
- Carrying out daily stock checks and updating stock plans.
- Dealing direct with customers and issues arising for them.
- Site co-ordinating and ensuring all vehicles are loaded in the correct order with the correct product and recording delays for WPT kpi,s as per customer requirements.
- Controlling and organising weekly temperature monitoring and keeping up to date records also actioning any trigger points.
- Be polite and welcoming
- Be IT proficient within Microsoft Office
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Show excellent attention to detail to work accurately and quickly
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have own transport due to the location and shift patterns
- Have a full Driving Licence
- Forklift Licence (Not essential, but desirable)
