This post will lead on tackling Public Health challenges including Public Health Mental Health, Health Protection and place-based aspects of wider determinants of health. Partnership working is integral to this role, to lead on systems change and influence the wider public health agenda. Your collegiate style will be respected by internal and external partners, as will your ability to work closely across the Council. The Public Health team has a strong learning ethos and provides a very supportive environment and an opportunity to support wider team development.
