Remuneration: £22,000 - £25,000 + bonus

The role of the Junior Field Sales - Wall Panels will involve:

- Junior field sales position selling a high quality range of manufactured wall panelling systems used for kitchen, bathroom and wet rooms
- Supporting the Regional Sales Managers
- 100% of your time will be spent selling via retailers, distributors, builders merchants both national and independents such as Jewson and Travis Perkins
- Average order value can range anything between £500-£50k depending on project size
- Majority of your time will be spent managing existing accounts and the remaining portion developing new business relationships
- Working closely with other members of the internal and external sales team to achieve team bonuses

The ideal applicant will be a Junior Field Sales - Wall Panels with:

- Ideally will have sales / trade counter / customer service experience within the construction industry, however this is not essential would consider someone from out of the industry
- Ideally selling a KBB / interior building product such as: bathroom wall panels, floor & wall panels, sanitaryware, kitchen wall panels, bathroom products, tiles, carpets, doors, interior finishes, paint (not essential, any product will be considered)
- Must be able to fit into a close-knit group
- Keen learner wanting to forge a career
- Able to problem solve and offer solutions
- Hungry, approachable and strong planning skills
