Eco Brite Cleaning Services offer commercial cleaning across Hull, Beverley, Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Brigg. Our client base is wide and varied, from schools, medical centres and offices, to factories and hospitality.

We are currently recruiting an onsite supervisor in the **HU1 area.**

**Duties of the role include**:

- To audit the work of cleaning operatives, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained - this will include liaising with clients from time to time to ensure client satisfaction
- Should the need arise following an audit you will be responsible for highlighting a drop in standards directly with the cleaning operative and monitor within an agreed timescale - this will include re-training as and where necessary before escalating to the Cleaning Manager
- To arrange holiday/sickness cover for the cleaning operatives and confirm who/when/where to the Cleaning Manager who will advise clients as necessary
- To conduct a full Induction with new staff, this will include all paperwork/introduction to chemicals and training videos and ensuring they are fully aware of the Uattend system (including holiday booking)
- On site induction/handover - to ensure the smooth transition of new contracts/new staff
- To assess new staff members within their probationary period
- To monitor the cleaning stock levels on site visits
- To receive stock orders, put together stock orders and deliver accordingly within a timely manner
- To liaise with the Cleaning Manager/General Manager on a regular basis to ensure any issues/problems/complaints are dealt with effectively
- To ensure the Health & Safety policy is adhered to at all times

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday
- 4.50pm-6.50pm
- 10 hours a week
